2012 Summer Camp!

2012 SUMMER CAMP
 
We are currently enrolling for our 1st ever Summer Camp. 2012 Wildcat Summer Camp is open to campers entering Kinder through 8th grade and is not limited to currently enrolled PWCA students.


Summer school runs during the month of July. We are offering morning and afternoon sessions...come for 1 session or stay for all 6!

Our program offers:

Sports, arts & crafts, drama, cooking & baking, photography, technology, Lego's, science camp, cartooning, sign languarge, party planning, barnyard animals, leadership training and more.

Catalogs can be picked up at the main campus. Hurry space is limited! Take advantage of the Early Bird Special registration - only $100 per camp by May 31st!

 

Game Day Information

 It's time to play as hard as we have worked!

Game Day is Friday, June 8th!

Friday, June 4th is Game Day! Game Day is a day full of fun and activities! All students are to wear their class color tops and free dress bottoms. Hats and sunscreen are recommended. Lunch is provided for all students. We also recommend students drink plenty of water throughout the day! Let's get ready to play hard!

Sign-up now to be a part of this exciting event! Parent volunteers are needed as classroom water carriers, BBQ'ers, photographers, and as part of the kitchen crew. There is also a need for food item contributions. Click here for more information.
 
Volunteer positions fill up fast. Lunch is provided for pre-registered parent volunteers. Please email Terri Caddell at tcaddell@pwcagilroy.com if you are interested in volunteering as soon as possible. Sorry, no younger children/siblings allowed if you are helping with this event.

Fireworks Booth Volunteers Needed!


PWCA Fireworks Booth Volunteers Needed!!
 

· One of the largest PWCA fundraisers of the year!

· Great way to earn HIS hours for the 2012-2013 school year.

·  Booth is open Sunday, July 1st through Wednesday, July 4th.

· Short 4 to 5 hour shifts, multiple shifts are available!

· Double HIS hours on July 4th, triple hours if you work the 5:00-9:00 shift.

· Day Manager positions also available each day: Day manager is on call for one day and is responsible for confirming shift workers, shift change & credit card training & picking up and replenishing fireworks when needed. Earn 10 HIS hours! 20 if you are the Day Manager on the 4th!

· Sign-up sheets are in the business office or email Kim Benjamin at kbenjamin@pwcagilroy.com to request a shift.

Make sure to tell your friends, family and neighbors to purchase their fireworks from our booth! If you're having a block party ....have everyone pitch in for fireworks and get a bigger box! It's a great way for our school to earn money while you are celebrating!

Our booth is located at 8220 Monterey Rd across from the Longhouse Restaurant in the Little Johns Fine Jewelers parking lot.

Garlic Festival Volunteers Needed

Garlic Festival Volunteers Needed!
The time has come to volunteer at the 34th Annual Gilroy Garlic Festival . PWCA's PTF receives a stipend for each shift that we can fill and we've been allotted 75 shifts!

We need your help to fill these shifts. Volunteers are essential to the success of this event. We will hosting one of the Garlic Bread Booth's in Gourmet Alley. Email Kim Sullivan at patkim@garlic.com to reserve your shift or sign-up at the business office at the main campus.   

The following shift(s) are available:

Friday July 27th:
am shift       (9:00am to 2:15pm)  
pm shift      (2:00pm to 7:15pm)

Saturday July 28th:
am shift       (9:00am to 2:15pm)   
pm shift      (2:00pm to 7:15pm)

 Sunday July 30th :
am shift       (9:00am to 2:15pm)
pm shift      (2:00pm to 7:15pm)

You will receive a Garlic Festival ticket and complimentary meal for each shift you work.

Anyone can work at the Garlic Festival to represent PWCA for hours ages 14 and over! Invite your family, friends and neighbors to serve with you! 

Even if you can't volunteer, be sure to stop by our booth and get some Garlic Bread!
